The My profile page contains settings for your own Quickchannel user account.

Use this page to view your account information, update your name, manage your security settings and choose which Quickchannel communications you want to receive.

Go to Settings → My profile.

General profile settings

The General profile settings section shows information associated with your Quickchannel user account.

Here you can view your email address and role, and update your user name.

Your role determines what you are allowed to do in the Quickchannel Console. For more information about roles and permissions, see User roles in the Console.

Security

The Security section contains settings for protecting your Quickchannel account.

You can enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for your user account or use Change Password to update your password.

For more information about MFA, see Multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Account administrators can also require MFA for all users under Settings → Account.

Notification preferences

The Notification preferences section controls which Quickchannel communications you want to receive.

You can manage your preferences for:

• Product updates
• Marketing information

These preferences apply to your individual user account.
